Great phone, deals not honored

Except i order and reserved the phone when the offer for free bud 3s was on and I have not received any or had any thing about the offers, every time I ask EE they say Samsung will contact you and send. So whilst phone is great, honoring offers and deals is poor. Read more

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love my new phone, the S25 Ultra. The rounded corners give it an elegant touch, the camera is impressive and I use it very often in my line of work and need a lot of detail in the images I’m providing. The sound does not dissapoint either and also I must say the AI functionalities come in super handy. Voice commands and translations are very useful when you travel and takes away the awkwarness of having to search online to translate every sentence. The battery life is great and overall a really good improvement over last year’s model. I recommend it to those who are passionate about the latest in tech and for those who need a practical phone.
